- What is a trunk show? A trunk show is an event featuring the newest collection from a wedding dress designer or accessories designer, often times the designer or one of their stylists attends. It gives brides an opportunity to find their dress from a selection of gowns that typically isn’t in the boutique and are only there for a limited time for the trunk show.
- How long do they last? They typically last 2-3 days over a scheduled weekend. This can make finding a bride’s gown even more special because the dress isn’t always in the boutique.
- What are the benefits of purchasing during a trunk show? There can be a number of perks to purchasing during a trunk show! There are typically trunk show incentives, allowing brides to get the best possible price for the dress. Some designers even offer customizations at no cost or complimentary veils.
