From Rachael ~

-Most memorable wedding day moment

I could never choose just one memorable moment of the day! There were so many memories it would be difficult to choose just one! One of the most special things that happened that day was my little in my sorority who was one of my bridesmaids sang our first dance. Our song is so special to us and made even more special by her singing it for us.

-Funniest wedding day moment

The funniest moment had to be during our vows. Alec had already said his and had given me my ring. Well, when it was my turn to say my vows the priest said, “Now Rachael repeat after me.” And Alec started saying the vows again! It took me saying “Alec, this is my part.” before he stopped. It definitely gave me a good laugh and eased my day.

-How you felt in your wedding dress

Beyond amazing! No one had seen my dress other than my mom and sister so I had a dress reveal to my mother in law and bridesmaids. Their reactions to my dress made me feel even better. I loved my dress so much. It was everything I could have asked for and more!

-Advice you have for brides to be about their big day

Just go with the flow and take time to take everything in. So much planning goes into the day, you need to sit back and enjoy all the hard work and effort that went into the day! There were little hiccups throughout the day, but it was still the most amazing day; I wish I could live in that moment forever. At the end of the day, you marry your best friend and that’s the most special and important part!

-Favorite moment as a Posh bride

I had a longer engagement so I had a while to shop for my dress. My mom eloped and never shopped for a wedding gown and my grandmother had 3 boys so she never got to be involved in dress shopping. I had invited my mom grandma and sister to go “look” at dresses, but when I tried on my third dress I knew I found the one! Just spending the day all 3 of us together was an experience I will never forget.

-Did you find your dress at our Wayzata or Nashville location? Nashville Location, Amanda helped me find my dream dress!
